Room for two or three
Budget, Standard and De Luxe accommodate two guests. Family accommodates three and is located on the top floor. There is no elevator, so consider stair access when choosing your room.
Location and arrival
Find us on Sta. Rosa St, Dumaguete, Negros Oriental. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is noon. Breakfast is not available; parking at the front is shared and limited.
Booking and cancellation
A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. Cancellations two or more Philippine calendar days before arrival receive a full refund; one day before incurs 50% of the full stay, arrival day incurs 100%, and no-shows are non-refundable. Read the full policies before booking.
